1 Information We Collect
When you interact with Wadadli Pros, we collect several types of information to fulfill service operations:
Your full name, email address, and mobile / WhatsApp phone number (+1 268) used for booking confirmations and dispatch alerts.
Parish, village or settlement, property identifier, and landmark directions (e.g. near clinic, white wall with red gate) to guide field technicians.
Images of malfunctioning AC units, plumbing leaks, electrical panels, or project areas uploaded by you or technicians for estimation.
Itemized quotes, completed invoices, payment receipts, and payment method indicators (bank transfer reference or card confirmation).
2 How We Use Your Information
Your data is utilized solely for legitimate operational purposes:
- Facilitating appointment scheduling and transmitting service requests to verified business owners.
- Providing the assigned field technician with contact information and driving landmarks for on-time arrival.
- Transmitting digital quotations, invoices, and payment receipts.
- Delivering appointment status updates via SMS, WhatsApp, and email (En Route, In Progress, Job Complete).
- Preventing platform abuse, verifying trade licenses, and maintaining verified review authenticity.
3 Information Sharing & Role Isolation
We enforce strict row-level isolation between platform participants:
- Assigned Service Provider: Receives customer contact information and job specifics solely for active bookings.
- Dispatched Field Technician: Can view customer phone number and location directions on their daily run-sheet, but has zero access to private customer financial history or unrelated bookings.
- Other Businesses & Competitors: Have zero access to your bookings, quotes, or customer profile.
4 Progressive Web App (PWA) & Zero-PII Cache Security
To provide fast page load speeds on island mobile networks and intermittent Caribbean internet, our PWA utilizes an advanced service worker (Cache Version: antigua-listing-v3).
Strict Zero-PII Policy: We never store private customer records, booking details, invoices, or authentication responses in public browser caches. All authenticated routes (/customer/, /business/, /admin/, /book/) bypass browser caching and require active server validation.
5 Infrastructure, Cloudflare & Storage Security
Our infrastructure incorporates enterprise-grade protections:
- Cloudflare Turnstile & WAF: Bot detection and DDoS mitigation protecting our login and booking gateways.
- Cloudflare R2 Object Storage: Secure, encrypted cloud bucket storage for customer and technician photo attachments.
- HTTPS Everywhere: All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption with secure, HTTP-only session cookies.
6 Data Retention & Customer Rights
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of Antigua and Barbuda, you retain full rights regarding your personal information:
- Right of Access: Request a digital export of all profile, address, and booking records associated with your account.
- Right of Rectification: Update or correct your addresses and contact preferences via your Customer Dashboard at any time.
- Right of Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your customer profile, subject to statutory tax and financial record retention requirements.
