1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or booking services on Wadadli Pros (the “Platform”, “Application”, or “PWA”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including Customers (homeowners, tenants, villa managers), Business Owners (licensed contractors, trade companies), Field Technicians, and Platform Visitors throughout the nation of Antigua and Barbuda.

2 Marketplace Model & Independent Providers

Wadadli Pros acts as a digital marketplace and SaaS dispatch technology provider. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, service providers listed on the platform are independent licensed contractors and businesses, not employees or direct agents of Wadadli Pros.

While Wadadli Pros reviews trade credentials, business registration, and verified reviews, each Business Owner remains independently responsible for their own services, workmanship, statutory compliance, insurance coverage, and field operations.

3 Accounts & Accurate Island Addresses

When creating an account on Wadadli Pros, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Customers must provide functional contact numbers (preferably WhatsApp-enabled) and accurate service address descriptions, including parish and landmark directions (e.g., opposite village church, blue gate near ridge) to facilitate successful island field technician dispatch.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Appointments, Quotes & State Progression

The Platform provides two primary booking models:

• Fixed-Price Bookings: Standard service calls, inspections, and diagnostic visits with published upfront pricing.
• Request a Quote (Custom Work): Large-scale installations, renovations, or specialized repairs requiring physical site assessment and itemized quotation.

Bookings transition through a deterministic state machine (Pending → Confirmed → Technician Assigned → En Route → In Progress → Completed). Quotes submitted by providers require explicit customer approval before work proceeds.

5 Pricing, Currency (EC$ / XCD) & Payments

All prices, quotes, deposits, and invoices on Wadadli Pros are denominated in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$ / XCD), the legal tender of Antigua and Barbuda.

Payment methods supported include digital invoices, local bank transfers (ECAB, ACB Caribbean, Republic Bank, CIBC Caribbean), verified debit/credit cards, and cash on completion where agreed with the provider. Digital receipts are stored in the customer portal.

6 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Island Weather Provisions

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time window. For cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched or marked En Route, a standard callout diagnostic fee may apply.

Tropical Weather & Severe Storms: In the event of adverse tropical weather, tropical storm watches, hurricane warnings issued by the Antigua & Barbuda Meteorological Services, or flooding on island roadways, appointments may be rescheduled automatically for safety without penalty to either party.

7 Property Access & Site Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the service premises, utility meters, AC outdoor compressors, water cisterns, or electrical breaker panels. An adult of legal age (18+) must be present during technician visits unless prior arrangement has been confirmed in writing with property management.

8 Verified Reviews & Community Guidelines

Reviews may only be submitted by verified customers who completed an appointment on the platform. Content that is fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates Caribbean privacy norms is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wadadli Pros shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trade provider workmanship, property defects, utility outages, or disputes between platform participants.

10 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or related to your use of Wadadli Pros shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Antigua and Barbuda.
